Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals analytical thinking and a passion for driving organic growth. You will be responsible for executing on-page technical and off-page SEO activities while supporting senior team members in improving client website performance and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & On-Page SEO:

• Perform SEO audits and implement recommended technical fixes to improve website performance.
• Identify and resolve crawl errors broken links and site structure issues.
• Execute keyword mapping meta tag optimization and on-page SEO enhancements.
• Ensure all web pages follow SEO best practices for indexing and ranking.

Content & Research:

• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis for content planning.
• Analyze existing content and recommend updates to improve rankings and relevance.
• Assist in preparing SEO-friendly content briefs for writers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all content updates align with SEO guidelines and best practices.

Authority Building & Outreach:

• Perform backlink audits and competitor analysis to identify link-building opportunities.
• Support link-building campaigns and outreach activities.
• Maintain and track backlink records and performance metrics.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare regular SEO performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic rankings and conversions.
• Provide insights to support optimization strategies and performance improvements.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work closely with content development and marketing teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks progress and completed deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned SEO activities within deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing IT Business or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page off-page and technical SEO concepts.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in execution reporting and documentation.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
