Manager, Capital Markets Accounting Advisory

Job Responsibilities

• Leads execution of accounting advisory engagements related to capital markets and complex transactions.
• Provides technical accounting guidance across areas such as financial reporting transaction accounting and accounting policy application.
• Reviews and approves accounting analyses schedules and client deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborates directly with engagement leaders partners and client stakeholders.
• Manages engagement teams workload planning and performance feedback.
• Applies sound judgment to resolve complex accounting issues and support client decision making.
• Supports integrated service delivery across deal advisory workstreams as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 69 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience advising clients on technical accounting matters related to transactions or capital markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate in team based environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Up to 30% depending on engagement and client needs.
• Peak Periods: Increased hours during transaction execution regulatory filings or reporting cycles.
• Licensure Progress: Active CPA or continued progress toward certification preferred.
• Scheduling: Flexibility required to meet client and engagement demands.
