Job Summary
We are looking for a detailoriented Expense Management Execu ve to oversee employee and business expense processing for UKbased opera ons/clients. The role involves reviewing expense claims verifying suppor ng documents ensuring policy compliance processing reimbursements and maintaining accurate accoun ng records.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process employee expense claims accurately and mely.
• Verify suppor ng bills receipts and approvals as per company policy.
• Record and reconcile expense transac ons in accoun ng systems.
• Monitor corporate card transac ons and expense reports.
• Iden fy discrepancies noncompliance or duplicate claims.
• Assist in prepara on of expense analysis and management reports.
• Coordinate with employees vendors and finance teams for query resolu on.
• Maintain proper documenta on and audit trails for all expense records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accoun ng or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in expense processing AP or bookkeeping func ons.
• Familiarity with accoun ng and expense management systems preferred.
• Experience with Xero QuickBooks Online Expensify or similar pla orms will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of reconcilia ons and financial controls.
• Strong a en on to detail communica on and Excel skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to UK accoun ng processes and VAT treatment of expenses.
• Ability to handle mul ple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong analy cal and organiza onal capabili es.
