An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting known for its innovative and unconventional teaching methodology is looking for a Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Grades 5 to 8. The position is based in Pune.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to teach students and help them develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging learning environment inspire critical thinking and support students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach mathematical concepts problem-solving techniques and analytical skills to students.
• Assess record and monitor student progress through assignments tests and examinations.
• Develop lesson plans worksheets and other teaching materials.
• Provide individual attention and support to students requiring additional assistance.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Encourage student participation and foster a love for learning Mathematics.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Participate in staff meetings training sessions and school events.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
