Allyn has a network of offices and partners in over 50 countries providing a comprehensive end-to-end solution for businesses looking to expand their international India we have our office at are looking for experienced Global Trade Compliance location: Gurgaon IndiaExperience: 2-7 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:Provide instructions to clients customs brokers upon request to ensure timely customs clearanceReview validate and approve shipping requests for import and export compliance needs according to detailed documented proceduresManage clients customs consultants and customs brokers to ensure compliant efficient and cost-effective entry of goods. Establish and monitor service providers performance against clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Provide regulatory interpretation and guidance in the following areas: Anti-boycott/Restrictive Trade Practices export Control Classification Export Licensing Compliance training Export Documentation Tariff Classification Customs Valuation Duty Drawback Reconciliation Country of Origin Marking Country of Origin Determination Recordkeeping Preference Programs/FTAs and Customs ClearanceResolve shipment holds by obtaining information requested by customs brokers and providing clearance instructionsEnsure proper product tariff classification and valuation informationDevelop and maintain customized compliance programs and processes specific to client needGather data and create regular reports as needed for clientConduct audits to assess the export/import compliance of client and supporting operating entities Assist in determining and implementing corrective actions where necessaryGather and provide detailed analysis and information which may financially impact sourcing decisionsInterface with clients suppliers and vendorsIdentify cost savings opportunities from client data sourcesWork with numerous ad hoc teams across the organization on a project by project basisContinuously evaluate current processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase efficiency/productivityAdditional NotesThe employee may be asked to perform other duties as required by business you are interested please apply with your updated profile or email your CV at
