Data Architect - Microsoft Fabric

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. The role involves designing scalable Lakehouse architectures, implementing Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) frameworks, enabling AI/GenAI-ready data platforms, and driving enterprise data governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement Microsoft Fabric-based data platforms.

- Design scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions.

- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

- Build batch, streaming, and CDC data ingestion pipelines.

- Establish data governance, cataloging, lineage, and security frameworks.

- Design AI/ML and Generative AI-ready data architectures.

- Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment standards.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define target-state architecture.

Requirements :

- 8+ years in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.

- 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience.

- Strong expertise in Lakehouse architecture and data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault).

- Experience building enterprise-scale analytics and AI-ready platforms.

- Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, metadata, and security.

Preferred :

- Microsoft Fabric / Azure Certifications.

- Experience with MDM, Data Quality, and Enterprise Metadata tools.
