Globant - Lead Full Stack.Net Developer/Technical Lead

Experience :7- 12 : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune/ Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack .NET Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies, Angular/React, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, drive architecture discussions, and ensure delivery Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using .NET/.NET Core

- Lead development activities across frontend, backend, and cloud integration layers

- Develop responsive UI applications using Angular or React

- Build scalable REST APIs and Microservices-based solutions

- Implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus

- Work on Azure or AWS cloud-based deployments and integrations

- Review architecture, code quality, scalability, and performance optimization strategies

- Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and technical solutions

- Participate in technical design discussions, estimation, and solution Skills Technologies :
