Role Overview :

We are looking for a Director / VP AI to lead and drive our AI vision, strategy, and execution across the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for building and scaling AI capabilities across products, platforms, and business functions. You will define the AI roadmap, lead high-performing teams, and ensure that AI initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth, product innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Define and own the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business and product goals.

- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across platforms, sales, research, and customer experience.

- Drive adoption of AI as a core differentiator in MNMs offerings.

Product & Innovation :

- Lead development of AI-powered products including Generative AI, recommendation systems, and automation.

- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to embed AI into core platforms.

Execution & Delivery :

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives.

- Ensure scalable, production-ready AI systems.

- Establish best practices in ML engineering, MLOps, and AI governance.

Team Leadership :

- Build and lead high-performing AI teams.

- Foster innovation and accountability.

Stakeholder Management :

- Align AI initiatives with business outcomes and ROI.

Technology :

- Drive adoption of LLM frameworks, cloud platforms, and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Architect and scale LLM-powered systems, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

- Define and implement end-to-end AI architecture, covering data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, model orchestration, and serving layers.

- Lead adoption of vector databases and semantic search frameworks.

- Design low-latency, cost-efficient, and scalable GenAI systems for production environments.

- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails in AI systems.
