Senior Software Engineer - Python Backend Development

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with strong backend development expertise in Python and modern cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, workflow orchestration platforms, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

- Build robust REST APIs and GraphQL services using Django and FastAPI.

- Develop microservices and event-driven systems for high-performance applications.

- Implement asynchronous workflows and orchestration solutions using Temporal, Kestra, or Celery.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to SOLID, DRY, and YAGNI principles.

- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance, queries, and schema design.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.
