Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Zoho Applications to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Zoho projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho One, etc.)

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions.

- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with developers, consultants, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; take proactive corrective actions.

- Ensure scope control, quality assurance, and on-time project delivery.

- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and internal reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Project Manager handling Zoho applications

- Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem.

- Experience working in a Zoho Partner / service-based organization (preferred)

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, or similar)
