Project Management Officer/Business Analyst

Job Description :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.

- Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.

- Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.

- Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.

- Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.

- Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.

- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes

Requirements :

- Must have 3+ years of experience working as a PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Project Coordinator in application development projects.

- Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

- Must have strong experience preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts.

- Must have hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation.

- Must have working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization.

- Must have experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Must have strong Partner Management / Vendor Management experience, including requirement discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

- Must have basic understanding and exposure to DMS (Dealer Management System / Document Management System) applications, workflows, and business processes.

- Must have a good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.

- Experience working in Automotive, Retail, Dealer Network, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation projects.

- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Draw.io, or similar project management and documentation tools.

- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
