Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform for Life Sciences clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform development. Experience working in regulated environments and supporting Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device organizations is highly desirable.

The role involves developing scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, supporting business-critical processes, and ensuring adherence to industry compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Build and maintain reusable Salesforce components and user interfaces.

- Configure Salesforce objects, automation, approval processes, validation rules, and workflows.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Support Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva CRM implementations.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

- Maintain technical documentation and support Agile delivery processes.

- Contribute to application performance optimization and scalability initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-13 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Salesforce Flow and platform automation capabilities.

- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.

- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

- Exposure to Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault.

- Knowledge of MuleSoft and integration middleware platforms.

- Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and regulated environments.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required).

- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Preferred).
