Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts.

- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis.

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

- Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controls.

- Support implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPs.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Taxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantage.

Desired Skills/ Experience :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 2 - 4 years of post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in startups and/or Big4 preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with MIS, audits, AP/AR management, and book closure.

- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting tools.

Location & Work Model :

- 5 days from Gurgaon office.
