Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Lightning Web Components

Job Description :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across multiple projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior team members.

- Drive solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and technical oversight.

- Lead integration design and implementation with external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.

- Conduct technical estimations, sprint planning, resource planning, and risk assessments.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security compliance, and maintainability.

- Participate in client-facing discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

- Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, proposal development, and effort estimation when required.

- Drive Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.

Must have Skill set :

- 6+ years (Technical Lead) / 8+ years (Senior Technical Lead) of Salesforce implementation experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform development including :

a. Apex

b. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

c. Lightning Aura Components

d. SOQL/SOSL

e. Visualforce

f. Triggers and Batch Apex

g. Asynchronous Processing

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using :

a. REST APIs

b. SOAP APIs

c. Platform Events

d. Named Credentials

e. External Services

- Expertise in Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.

- Experience with Git-based source control and modern DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Ability to perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum requirement).

Good to have Skill set :

- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities.

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Partner Portals).

- Experience with Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Insurance, or other industry clouds.

- Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or other integration platforms.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.

- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns.

- Experience with Heroku and Salesforce Platform integrations.

- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and solution governance.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.

- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution estimation, and RFP/RFI responses.

- Experience leading offshore/onshore distributed teams.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and Salesforce ecosystem innovations.
