Safety Officer

Requirements:

• ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in high-rise residential construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction safety regulations, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigation.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with project safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety awareness programs.
