Role Description

As a Video Editor Intern at The Unfiltered Startup, you will support the creation of video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and social media. This internship role involves editing raw footage into polished videos, adding basic motion graphics, and assisting with color correction to maintain a consistent visual style. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content on schedule. Daily tasks may include organizing video assets, preparing rough cuts, exporting final files in required formats, and iterating based on feedback. This is an internship role based on-site in Lucknow, offering hands-on experience in a collaborative startup environment.

Qualifications

• Video production fundamentals, including basic camera work and understanding of shot composition and storytelling.
• Video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Video color grading abilities to maintain consistent tone, mood, and brand look across content.
• Motion graphics and graphics skills for creating simple animations, titles, overlays, and social media assets.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback constructively, and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and AR/3D experiences is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in film, media, design, communication, or a related field is preferred.
