Role: Civil Engineer/ Site Supervisor
Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: BE / BTech – Civil Engineering
Project: Independent Floors & Villas (Residential)
Role Summary:
- Looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution of residential projects including independent floors and villas.
- The role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring quality, managing contractors, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities (RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing).
- Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
- Plan manpower and daily site activities.
- Track progress and maintain basic site reports (DPR, measurements).
- Manage material requirements and minimize wastage.
- Verify measurements and support contractor billing.
Candidate Profile:
- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of site execution experience in residential projects (independent floors / villas preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality control.
- Ability to read drawings and manage multiple site activities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD (reading).
- Good communication and contractor-handling skills.
- Must be willing to be full-time on site.
