Job descriptionExperience : 3-6 years in primary executive research or knowledge management. Education : Postgraduate or Graduate degree required. Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across communication channels (telephone, email, in-person). Strong command of the English language. Proven ability to work in a team environment with a successful track record. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Leadership qualities, positive attitude, and adaptability in dynamic environments. Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Act with integrity and professionalism in all tasks. Demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit creativity and focus on growth opportunities while inspiring others. Show a strong desire to collaborate in a team setting. Respond effectively to management direction and client needs. Display initiative and the ability to handle increasing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
- Present Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals, recruiting them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Expand the India / Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, industry / professional lists, associations, referrals, and other networks.
- Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing inquiries.
