Role Overview :

As an Oracle Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications using Oracle Forms and Reports. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-performance database interactions and seamless reporting capabilities, directly impacting the operational efficiency and data accessibility of our clients' business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex Oracle Forms and Reports modules to support critical business applications and user requirements.

- Design and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and triggers to ensure data integrity and high-performance backend processing.

- Create and manage sophisticated document outputs using BI Publisher to meet specific client reporting and regulatory standards.

- Conduct deep-dive performance tuning on existing database queries and application modules to reduce latency and improve system responsiveness.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable enhancements.

- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure long-term maintainability of the application suite.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports development with a strong command over PL/SQL programming.

- Proven ability to design and implement BI Publisher reports for complex enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in performance tuning techniques to optimize SQL queries and database-level operations.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders and global clients.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based out of our Gurgaon office.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Candidates must possess 8 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in Oracle development environments.
