About the Role

This is not an administrative counseling job. We are looking for high-energy, aggressive sales professionals who thrive under target pressure and love the thrill of closing deals. You will turn warm leads into admissions for our premium educational programs through dedicated inside sales and cold calling.

What You Will Do

• Drive Revenue: Make 70-80 outbound calls daily to potential student leads.
• Close Deals: Own the sales cycle from the initial pitch to objection handling and final enrollment.
• Smash Targets: Consistently meet weekly and monthly revenue milestones.

What We Look For

• The Grit: 6 months to 2 years of solid experience in target-driven B2C sales (EdTech, Insurance, Banking, or Telecom preferred).
• The Voice: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
