The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures across large-scale infrastructure and building projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to lead design teams while coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholde rs. Key Responsibili - tiesPerform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures such as high-rise buildings, stadiums, airports, malls, culverts, tanks, and other complex structu - res.Develop structural design solutions in compliance with international codes and standa - rds.Assess loads, load paths, and structural behavior under gravity, wind, and seismic loading conditi - ons.Prepare design calculations, technical reports, design criteria reports, presentations, and project documentat - ion.Coordinate with architectural, MEP, transportation, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project deliv - ery.Review and validate structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentat - ion.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and support project estimation activit - ies.Participate in third-party design reviews and address review comments effectiv - ely.Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality deliverab - les.Support quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout project execut - ion.Develop Excel tools, spreadsheets, or automation scripts to improve engineering workfl - ows.Troubleshoot and resolve structural engineering challenges during design and construction pha - ses.Support project planning, scheduling, and implementation to meet project requirements and deadli nes. Required Qualifications & Exper - ienceBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Enginee - ring.Minimum 7 years of core experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete struct - ures.Strong understanding of structural analysis, load paths, wind engineering, and seismic design princi - ples.Experience working with international design codes and stand - ards.Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP - 2000.Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Aut - oCAD.Excellent technical report writing and presentation sk - ills.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abili - ties.Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project delivera bles. Preferred Qualific - ationsMaster's Degree in Structural Engineering from a reputed institute, preferably through GATE qualific - ation.Specialization in Earthquake Engineering, Structural Dynamics, or Finite Element Methods - (FEM).Experience working on international and Middle East/Gulf pro - jects.Knowledge of post-tensioned concrete design and software such as RAM Co - ncept.Exposure to Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, or other computational design tools.
