The opportunity : Manager-National-TAX-TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting - Gurgaon

National :

National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.

TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting :

We are looking for a manager - Finance Process Improvement & Automation with strong experience in driving transformation across taxation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across finance and tax functions
• Drive automation initiatives using RPA, BI tools, and Generative/Agentic AI
• Lead end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with technology teams
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process efficiency and quality improvement
• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in finance transformation / automation / process excellence
• Strong understanding of RPA (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism), BI (Power BI/Tableau), AI use-cases
• Hands-on project management experience with structured delivery approach
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB preferred) and PMP / Agile practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent
