About the Programme

Ecoconnect Services Private Limited, in collaboration with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), is offering a 45-day fully residential training programme focused on EV Charging and Infrastructure Operations. The programme is designed to build industry-ready talent for the rapidly expanding electric mobility and green infrastructure sectors.

This is a training-cum-employment pathway that integrates theoretical learning, hands-on practical training, and structured on-the-job exposure, aligned with real-world EV charging and infrastructure operations. Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive placement support and access to employment opportunities within the EV and clean energy ecosystem.

Training Structure

Participants will undergo:

• Classroom-based theoretical training covering EV fundamentals, electrical systems, safety standards, and industry practices
• Practical, hands-on training on EV charging equipment and infrastructure
• Supervised on-the-job training through field assignments and live project exposure
• Continuous mentoring by experienced industry professionals

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

During the programme, participants will:

• Learn the installation, commissioning, and basic maintenance of EV charging infrastructure
• Support operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations and related equipment
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance protocols for electrical systems and EV infrastructure
• Participate in structured field-based assignments and on-the-job training
• Work closely with industry practitioners and technical teams to gain real-world operational experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates, ITI or Diploma holders, B.Tech candidates, or individuals with relevant work experience
• Willingness to participate in a residential programme in Gurugram
