Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Assist in organizing training, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
• Help manage performance appraisal processes and documentation.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
  
  

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 (BBA, MBA HR, BA, B.Com, or related fields).
• Strong understanding of HR concepts and basic labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Internship experience in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement.
• Knowledge of HRMS tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
• Exposure to HR analytics and reporting.
