Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and provide professional real estate consultancy services across Pune's East market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver a seamless property buying experience.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve targets.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms for lead generation, branding, and client engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers for effective sales closures.

What We're Looking For
Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy with a proven track record of closures.
  

Skills & Personality

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.
• Confident personality with a professional attitude and team collaboration mindset.
  

Education

• MBA preferred, though graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
  

Essentials

• Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
• Laptop and smartphone mandatory.
• Active understanding of social media platforms and digital lead generation.
