HR Executive (Payroll, Operations & Consultant Management) – up to 35K/month Role Overview

This is a core HR operations role focused on payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and handling external consultants/vendors. It's more backend + coordination-heavy than recruitment.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Management

Process monthly salaries, reimbursements, and deductions
Handle statutory compliance:

PF (Provident Fund)
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
TDS calculations

Work with payroll tools like GreytHR or Keka HR

HR Operations

Manage onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain employee records & HRMIS
Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
Attendance & leave management

Consultant / Vendor Management

Coordinate with external consultants or freelancers
Maintain contracts, invoices, and payments
Track deliverables and compliance

Required Skills

Good knowledge of payroll and compliance laws
Attention to detail (very important for salary processing)
Familiarity with Excel (formulas, data handling)
Experience with HRMS/payroll tools
Strong coordination and documentation skills

Salary Insight

Up to 35,000/month (3–4.2 LPA approx.)
Usually fixed salary (limited variable component)
May include PF + basic benefits
