Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Package Specialist SAP HANA FIN FI with 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) implementations, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Accounting (FI), and integration with other SAP modules. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP FI solutions, and supporting end-to-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP Finance (FI).

- Configure and support SAP FI modules, including:

1. General Ledger Accounting (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Bank Accounting

6. Tax Configuration

7. Financial Closing Processes

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.

- Perform system configuration and customization based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams for integration with:

1. SAP Controlling (CO)

2. Materials Management (MM)

3. Sales & Distribution (SD)

4. Treasury and Cash Management

- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support to end users.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

- Conduct user training sessions and create process documentation.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI consulting and implementation.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FI modules.

- In-depth knowledge of:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Asset Accounting (AA)

5. Bank Accounting

6. Taxation

7. Financial Reporting

- Experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and S/4HANA Finance functionalities.

- Experience in business process mapping and requirement gathering.

- Knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules such as CO, MM, and SD.

- Experience with data migration, cutover planning, and testing activities.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to Finance.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.

- Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).

- Knowledge of Group Reporting and Financial Planning processes.

- Exposure to SAP FSCM, Treasury, or Cash Management.

- Experience working in global delivery and support environments.

- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
