About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to support the PumpTest project—a strategic initiative focused on pump performance testing and automation. This role is essential for ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and scaling of microservices across cloud environments. You will work closely with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes, manage infrastructure, and maintain high system availability.
Primary Technical Qualifications
- Experience running and troubleshootingKubernetes workloadsin production
- Should be able to handle local workload with K3S.
- Proven experience deploying microservice applications inDocker containers
- Deep understanding ofDocker networking(host, bridge) and container troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g.,Java,C#)
- Strong knowledge ofload balancing,auto-scaling, andLinux server administration
- Ability to configure centralizedlogging,monitoring, andalertingusing tools likeGrafana, Prometheus
- Active collaboration with development teams for successful deployments
- Exposure toKafkaandElastic searchplatforms
Secondary Skills (Preferred)
- Familiarity withAPI Gateway,NGINX, andNexus repository
- Experience withAnsiblefor configuration management
- Knowledge ofTerraformandPuppetfor infrastructure automation
- Hands-on withAzure InfrastructureincludingAKS,Azure Container Registry, andActive Directory
- CI/CD experience with tools likeJenkins,GitHub Actions,GitLab, orAzure DevOps
