Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive with 3-5 years of experience to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong designing skills , a flair for creating videos and engaging content , and the ability to craft impactful matter for diverse social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Design visually appealing creatives, graphics, and layouts tailored for each platform.
Conceptualize and produce short videos, reels, and motion graphics to boost audience interaction.
Write compelling copy and matter for posts, campaigns, and promotions.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and creative formats.

Required Skills Competencies

3-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software.
Ability to create engaging videos, reels, and multimedia content.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in social media analytics tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
