This is a hybrid role. Candidates must work from our Ahmedabad office for the first three months. After that, they can transition to remote work based on successful completion of the initial onboarding period and business requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for a PPC Specialist with strong experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads while leveraging data, analytics, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable business results.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+ across Search, Display, Video, and Performance campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated success through campaign results, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting campaigns, and eCommerce conversion optimization.
• Ability to develop innovative strategies to improve performance while reducing acquisition costs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly US-based markets, is highly preferred.
• Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio reporting.
• Experience preparing client proposals, campaign recommendations, and pricing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Copywriting experience is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Performance Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance, conversion funnels, and key business metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies focused on revenue growth and lead generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.

Campaign Management

• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Build highly targeted audience segments and retargeting campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively while maintaining performance goals.

Testing & Optimization

• Conduct ongoing A/B testing for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
• Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on performance insights.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Reporting & Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build insightful reports and dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Funnel & Tracking Management

• Understand and optimize the entire customer journey.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing channels.
• Maintain visibility into campaign performance and traffic sources at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics (GA4): 3+ years
• Facebook/Meta Advertising: 3+ years
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies or white-label environments
• Experience handling multiple international client accounts simultaneously
