Product Manager

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with technical and product design teams, translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements. This role requires a proactive go-getter passionate about driving product success and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals and customer needs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
• Customer Feedback Integration: Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
• Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Performance Metrics: Establish product success metrics and monitor performance post-launch to ensure objectives are met.
• Leadership & Communication: Act as a key communicator between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product goals and progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or insurtech sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions about product direction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
