Lead Analyst Inventory Planner

What You Will Do

• Execute regional inventory planning replenishment and deployment strategies across the supply chain network.

• Optimize inventory positioning across central regional and local distribution centers to maximize service and efficiency.

• Manage inventory allocation decisions and monitor inventory health to mitigate shortages excess stock and service risks.

• Drive inventory optimization initiatives focused on improving inventory turns working capital and service performance.

• Develop inventory dashboards forecasts KPI reports and analytical insights to support business decision-making.

• Coordinate inter-warehouse and inter-regional inventory transfers while evaluating deployment scenarios and cost impacts.

• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes through inventory projections risk assessments and launch readiness planning.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization automation system enhancements and digital transformation projects.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning supply planning demand planning supply chain analytics or related disciplines.

• Strong expertise in inventory optimization replenishment planning safety stock management and MRP methodologies.

• Experience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP Oracle Kinaxis o9 Blue Yonder or similar platforms.

• Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel Power BI Tableau SQL or equivalent reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasting and scenario modeling processes.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.

• Strong problem-solving stakeholder management continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset with the ability to thrive in complex environments.
