About The Role

We are looking for experienced Quality Engineers / Quality Executives for Mechanical and Electrical quality operations at our EV manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QA, QC, and IQC processes with strong knowledge of automotive or EV manufacturing standards.

The role involves inspection, process quality control, supplier quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and ensuring product quality across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities
• Perform in-process and final inspection of EV vehicles and components
• Conduct inspection of chassis parts, sheet metal, wiring harness, battery pack, motor, controller, and electrical systems
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and 5 Why Analysis
• Support internal audits, process audits, and documentation activities
• Coordinate with production, purchase, R&D, and supplier teams
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality management systems
  
  

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Automotive / EV Manufacturing Quality
• Experience in QA, QC, IQC, or Supplier Quality
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection processes
• Strong understanding of CAPA, RCA, 7 QC Tools, and Process Audits
• Experience in Mechanical and Electrical quality inspection
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
