Mandatory Skills:

4+ years of Frontline (Live) US Residential Mortgage Underwriting experience

Expertise in reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital

Strong experience in underwriting Purchase, Refinance & Construction loans

Proficiency in calculating Salaried, Self-Employed & Other Income, Assets & Ratios (DTI/LTV)

Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines

Experience in loan document evaluation, appraisal review, borrower eligibility assessment, and loan approval/denial decisions

⭐ Preferred Skills:

Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA & USDA loan products

Hands-on experience with Encompass, DU/LP (AUS), LOS, or similar mortgage platforms

Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Qualification: Any Graduate (Finance/Accounting preferred)
