Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Execution : Responsible for achieving the organization's global sales targets
- Market research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships in international markets .
- Partnership Development : Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international distributors, agents, and other key players in the industry.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- To work with Hydro, Power, Water, Oil & Gas for sales of EyeROV products and solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
- Creation of techno-commercial proposal for clients, tenders, and other projects
- Responsible for the post-sales coordination with the Client and Operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for getting payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships
- Reports Directly to the CEO

Candidates who have worked in ROV or similar product offeringsCandidates who have worked in Dams, Bridges, Marine, Shipping, or the Oil & Gas IndustryExperience
5 - 15 years of relevant experience in Sales.Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Civil / Mechanical) or related degreeShould have done B2B technical salesSkills Required
Ability to speak fluently in English, Proficiency in CRM, Strong understanding of international markets and business practices
