Job descriptionDesign Tools : Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Prototyping Tools : Figma, Marvel, Framer Collaboration Tools : Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design Thinking User research & usability testing Visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layouts Maintaining design systems & style guides Basic HTML / CSS knowledge for developer collaboration Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins) 1 - 4 years of hands-on UI / UX design experience Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypes Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
Job Title : UI / UX Designer

About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our in-house design
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user
behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant,
and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Candidates from Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Central Line are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
- Create personas, user journeys, wire frames, and interactive prototypes.
- Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth hand offs and implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and innovations.
