Role Overview
The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with prospective and existing customers, generating leads, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the sales team through effective follow-ups and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and feedback.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain activity records.
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Requirements
• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
