JOB OVERVIEW :

HCP Engagement Managed Services Associate / Experienced Associate

Preferred Title : HCP Onboarding Specialist

Education / Certifications : A graduate with relevant experience in life sciences healthcare operations compliance or consulting is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities generally : Handles administrative coordination for HCP engagements including data entry portal onboarding support debarment and exclusion screening HCP tiering and COI documentation completeness checks. Works closely with internal teams to confirm timely accurate and compliant onboarding of HCPs escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

Initiate HCP / expert profile creation as necessary in Reltio or similar master data management system confirming all required data fields are complete and accurate

Perform due diligence activities including Conflict of Interest (COI) reviews license verification checks and debarment / exclusion screening per compliance requirements

Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) tiering tasks in Interactions Hub (iHub) confirming alignment to defined parameters

Document exceptions and maintain thorough records for audit readiness and transparency reporting
