Key Responsibilities : -
This role supports the daily HR functions, primarily focused on administration, compliance, and employee support.
- ⭐ Recruitment & Onboarding : Support candidate scheduling, communication, and new hire paperwork / coordination.
- 📝 HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS), process status changes, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- 🗣️ Employee Support : Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- 🎉 Engagement : Assist in coordinating employee activities and administrative tasks for performance management.
Qualifications : -
