About the Role
We’re building a high-performing, AI-enabled marketing organization—and we’re looking for a
Sr. Marketing Operations Excellence Analyst
to help us scale faster, smarter, and more insightfully.
This role sits at the intersection of
project management, data structure, technical scoping, and agent building . You'll be the executional engine behind our modern marketing ops stack—ensuring systems stay tight, data flows cleanly, automation moves forward, and marketing stays on track.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and IT to bring
structure, visibility, and execution excellence
to our agentic marketing programs and operational cadences.
What You’ll Own
Project Management & Operational Excellence
Administer and evolve our
marketing project management tools
(e.g., Wrike), driving adoption and usage consistency across teams.
Define clear project workflows, SLAs, timelines, and reporting standards to support high-velocity marketing execution.
Manage campaign and content calendars, team cadences, and cross-functional initiatives.
Support leadership in planning key marketing forums, meeting logistics, and internal communications (e.g., team updates, quarterly reviews).
AI & Automation
Collaborate with the AI Marketing Ops team to
scope, prioritize, and document agentic workflows
(e.g., SEO agents, ad builders, content evaluators) and be comfortable extending into agent development.
Translate marketing goals into
clear technical briefs
for RevOps and Engineering partners.
Help assess automation use cases based on
business impact, complexity, and readiness .
Data Structure & Insights
Build and maintain a
consistent marketing data foundation
across tools like Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Bizible, Marketo, Zapier, Relevance, and ABM platforms.
Work closely with analysts to
extract performance insights , support dashboard development, and ensure data integrity and hygiene.
Document and maintain data flows, naming conventions, and taxonomy to enable scale and integrity.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
Have
3–5 years
of experience in
Marketing Ops, Project / Program Management ,
Data Operations ,
Technical / Business Consulting , or related roles.
Have strong organizational skills and love turning
chaos into clarity , and holding cross-functional teams accountable to timelines.
Can
speak both “data” and “business” —bridging communication gaps between marketing, IT, and analytics teams.
Are passionate about
AI in marketing
and excited to help operationalize intelligent workflows.
Thrive in a
fast-paced, lean, or startup-style
environment.
Bonus Points If You...
Have experience with tools like , Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Looker, Bizible, 6Sense, Tableau, SQL, Zapier, RelevanceAI, Wrike , or equivalent.
Have supported
AI / automation pilots
or workflow automation projects.
Understand
marketing attribution models , campaign tagging frameworks, or data integration methods.
