Sending RFQ to IDM suppliers, Quote comparisons, PO Making.
2-4 Years of Experience in Indirect Purchasing Activity.
Able to handle indirect suppliers i.e. RFQ floating, P.O. Making, Follow-up for materials
GST knowledge.
MBD Spare parts availability

Technical / Functional Skills

Production Knowledge
Drawing Reading
Manufacturing process knowledge
Oracle / ERP knowledge
Proficient in MS Excel / PowerPoint

Key Performance Indicators - KPIs

RFQ floating to suppliers.
Quote comparisons
PO making
Follow-up with suppliers for pending materials.
Correction in Invoices (If required)
Knowledge of service contracts/agreements.

Skills Required
Powerpoint, Ms Excel
