Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Outreach Specialist who can manage influencer outreach, creator onboarding, and campaign coordination efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment while handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Outreach & Onboarding

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Build and maintain a strong influencer network/database
• Reach out to creators through DMs, emails, and other communication channels
• Onboard influencers as per campaign requirements and timelines

2. Creator Coordination

• Coordinate with influencers for campaign briefs, deliverables, and posting schedules
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with creators
• Manage approvals, revisions, and content submissions
• Maintain strong professional relationships with influencers and talent agencies

3. Negotiation & Execution Support

• Negotiate commercials, barter collaborations, and campaign deliverables with influencers
• Assist in smooth execution of influencer campaigns from onboarding to completion
• Resolve day-to-day creator concerns and execution challenges

4. Campaign Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain outreach trackers and campaign sheets
• Track live campaign deliverables and posting status
• Support the team with reporting and campaign performance updates

5. Market & Trend Research

• Stay updated with social media trends, creator trends, and platform updates
• Identify emerging creators and trending content formats relevant to brands

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem
• Experience in influencer outreach and creator coordination
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Background

• Prior agency experience is highly preferred
• Experience working on beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG brands is a plus
• Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms is an added advantage
