We're Hiring: Software Engineer (Python) | Hybrid | 2–6+ Years

Location: Pune, Hybrid (2 days office)

Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM (flexible)

Salary: Up to 9 LPA

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer (Python) who is passionate about building scalable products with modern technologies. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications while working in an Agile, DevOps-driven environment.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you should be comfortable working independently with minimal support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain stable, scalable products using the latest tech stack.
• Deliver quality solutions within timelines.
• Design, develop, test, review, and deploy applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams and contribute as a problem solver and team player.
• Enhance and redesign applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python.
• Solid understanding of DB Queries (any relational DB).
• Experience with Flask and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with ORM tools like SQLAlchemy.
• Exposure to Cloud Computing and Serverless Architecture.
• Experience with LLM (Large Language Models).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker.
• Web development experience with Angular 18+ (React as an alternative).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Interview Process

1 Technical Round (60 min)

2 Coding Presentation Round (60 min – on-screen coding)
