We're looking for a driven Project Co-ordinator who can bridge strategy and execution at the ground level.
Role Overview:
As a Project Co-ordinator at The Strelema, you will oversee all field operations managing field staff, implementing strategies, and ensuring maximum outreach and engagement across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Field Operations & Strategy
Supervise Field Force at State / Regional levels
Manage Logistics & Resource Allocation
Conceptualize and execute high-impact on-field work
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Social Work, Communications or a related field
Prior experience in a supervisory/management role
Experience with government scheme surveys
Strong leadership, team management & problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
