Delivery Head for the Application development Space - Strong exposure in handling deliveries for Cap

Need a

Delivery Head

with 20+yrs of experience to lead large-scale application delivery programs within the

Capital Markets domain . The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing multi-tower application portfolios, driving client success, and enabling digital transformation for global BFSI clients.

Role :

Own end-to-end delivery of application services across Capital Markets portfolios.

Ensure high-quality execution, adherence to SLAs, and client satisfaction.

Lead and mentor large delivery teams (800+ members) across geographies.

Manage revenues in the range of

USD 10–25M , ensuring profitability and growth.

Act as the primary delivery partner for BFSI clients, building trusted relationships with CXO stakeholders.

Drive account farming and mining to expand service penetration across multiple towers of banking.

Collaborate with service lines (Digital, Cloud, Data, Risk, GenAI, etc.) to maximize cross-service leverage.

Align delivery strategies with emerging technologies disrupting Capital Markets (AI / ML, Blockchain, Cloud-native apps, Risk & Compliance platforms).

AsK : 20+ years

of IT services experience with at least

10 years in BFSI application delivery leadership pertaining to capital markets domain .

Proven track record of managing

large-scale teams (800+ members)

and multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Deep expertise in

Capital Markets applications

(trading platforms, risk management systems, clearing & settlement, wealth platforms).

Strong exposure to

client engagement, account growth, and P&L ownership .

Preferred candidates from Tier-1 / 2 IT services organizations .

Experience in

global delivery models

with exposure to US / Canadian Capital Markets clients.
