Job Description :
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market characteristics, and cost considerations.
- Assess financial aspects of product development, including budgets, expenditures, R&D allocations, ROI, and profit-loss projections.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance company goals with customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Compile and maintain detailed lists of product or service offerings to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research studies, analyze findings, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure product lines and services achieve profitability and market share targets.
- Collaborate with buying personnel and key stakeholders to understand product demand and market requirements.
- Identify and report potential hazards, non-compliance, or regulatory issues at internal and external levels.
- Implement company procedures for hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measure execution.
- Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and activities to promote products and services effectively.
- Maintain strong customer orientation, building relationships with key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Proactively drive growth through sales initiatives, managing volume and value standards, and overseeing key accounts.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, including TS16949, and leverage MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
