Role Description

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in flight reservations, fare calculation, and travel portal operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre) and experience handling B2B / B2C travel portals. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end flight bookings, issuing tickets, and providing excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre) and online travel portals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam or Hindi an advantage).
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, PDF handling).
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
