🔑 Key Responsibilities

✈️ Global Travel Coordination

• Plan & manage end-to-end domestic and international travel itineraries .
• Handle bookings, rebooking, cancellations & vendor negotiations.
• Ensure policy compliance and cost-optimized travel planning.
• Prepare detailed travel briefs, local guidance, and travel advisories.

🏨 Accommodation & Stay Management

Arrange hotels, serviced apartments, and extended-stay accommodations.

Negotiate corporate rates and maintain preferred vendor databases.

Ensure all arrangements meet safety, comfort & budget standards.

🌍 Visa & Immigration Handling

Manage the complete visa lifecycle : documentation to stamping.

Coordinate with embassies, consulates & authorized visa partners.

Maintain updated knowledge of country-specific visa laws.

Track expiry dates and ensure 100% compliance.

🤝 Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.

Support urgent, last-minute, and executive travel requirements.

Provide clear, timely updates on itinerary changes and approvals.

📊 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate travel logs, expense trackers & monthly reports.

Prepare audit-ready documents and ensure statutory compliance.

Monitor travel budgets and highlight cost-saving opportunities.

🎓 Eligibility

5–10 years of experience in corporate travel, visa coordination, or travel logistics .
