Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and market share within your territory while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key responsibilities for this role include :
1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
2. Identifying and prospecting new customers and opportunities within the agricultural industry, including farms, cooperatives, and other relevant businesses.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distributors, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
4. Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to bring new products to the market and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to consistently position IPL Biologicals as the leading choice in the market.
