Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive organizational growth. Additional responsibilities include analysing market trends, creating effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of defined revenue targets. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to design and deliver customized training solutions that cater to client needs.

• Proven ability in strategic planning, market research, and business development
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies
• Proficiency in presenting and promoting services to diverse audiences
• Leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in education or training sectors is an advantage
